Ingredients

Bacon Multigrain Vegetable Rice

1. Bama's Red Terrier Rice

2. Take a cup of rice and a cup of red stem rice and rinse with water

3. Add appropriate amount of water for cooking rice and soak for 2 hours

4. Wash the bacon and cut into small cubes, marinate in cooking wine for a while

5. Put the diced bacon into the soaked whole grains

6. Activate the rice cooker cooking function to start cooking

7. Local fragrant greens cut into thin strips

8. Start the frying pan, stir-fry the greens and add some salt to taste

9. When the multi-grain rice is cooked for the last 5 minutes, add the fried vegetables

10. Spread the greens evenly on the mixed rice and continue to simmer for the last 5 minutes

11. Time is up, add a spoonful of lard and a little chicken powder

12. Stir evenly

Tips:

I didn’t add additional salt to my rice, because bacon has a salty taste, and salt was added when sautéing vegetables. I adjusted it according to the actual situation and finally added lard. It’s my favorite habit, and adjust it according to my own preferences.
