Bacon Multigrain Vegetable Rice

Take a cup of rice and a cup of red stem rice and rinse with water

Add appropriate amount of water for cooking rice and soak for 2 hours

Wash the bacon and cut into small cubes, marinate in cooking wine for a while

Put the diced bacon into the soaked whole grains

Tips:
I didn’t add additional salt to my rice, because bacon has a salty taste, and salt was added when sautéing vegetables. I adjusted it according to the actual situation and finally added lard. It’s my favorite habit, and adjust it according to my own preferences.
