At the end of August, I took my father to Changzhou for a trip. My younger brother took us to Pizza Hut restaurant for a western meal. Among them, I ordered a pizza. This is the second time I ate it. The first time was in 1996. It has been nearly 20 years. time. This food trip made my daughter like pizza, and it also gave me another task of baking, making pizza. Tips:

1. The oven temperature setting is adjusted up and down according to the respective oven. After many experiments, I feel that after 15 minutes of baking at 150 degrees, and then turning it to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, the taste is the best. Note: My oven is Changdi CKF-25 oven.
2. Regarding the baking time, I have seen many recipes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes. I personally feel that the length of time is related to the size of the pie, and it is also related to everyone’s preference. At the request of my child, a 9-inch pizza is usually baked for 25 minutes.
3. The amount of vegetables in the pizza can be increased or decreased according to their preferences.
