3.
Start the dough and sequence, and send it to double the size, take out the dough, round, vent, and roll it into a round cake.
4.
Cut the onion, green pepper, red pepper, and bacon into thin strips and set aside.

Add half of the mozzarella cream cheese.
11.
Spread the bacon strips, green pepper strips, and onion strips evenly.
12.
Add the other half of the mozzarella cream cheese.
13.
Put it into the preheated oven, middle level, up and down, 180 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes.
14.
When the pizza cools a bit, it is about to be cut and eaten.
Tips:
1. The oven temperature setting is adjusted up and down according to the respective oven. After many experiments, I feel that after 15 minutes of baking at 150 degrees, and then turning it to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, the taste is the best. Note: My oven is Changdi CKF-25 oven.
2. Regarding the baking time, I have seen many recipes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes. I personally feel that the length of time is related to the size of the pie, and it is also related to everyone’s preference. At the request of my child, a 9-inch pizza is usually baked for 25 minutes.
3. The amount of vegetables in the pizza can be increased or decreased according to their preferences.
