Bacon Pizza

Remove the stalks of the tomatoes, wash and chop; peel and remove the roots of the onions, wash, and chop; chop the garlic into fine pieces. Heat the wok, add butter, tomatoes, onions and some salt.

Stir-fry on high heat for 1 minute, then turn to medium heat, reduce the sauce and turn off the heat.

Pour out the homemade pizza sauce for later use.

Add 120 ml of warm water at about 35°C to the bowl, sprinkle 4 grams of yeast powder and 20 grams of sugar, and mix well.

Add 250 grams of all-purpose flour, 4 grams of salt and a little olive oil, and knead it into a dough.

Continue to knead the dough, you will feel that the dough becomes delicate and soft a little bit, and finally a smooth dough will be obtained. (If there is a cook machine, it will be very easy to knead the dough.)

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes. (The room temperature is 23-30 degrees. If the room temperature is low, you can put hot water in the steamer for fermentation.)

Take out the proofed dough.

Use a rolling pin to exhaust air, and roll into a round cake the same size as the pizza pan, with a slightly thicker periphery and thinner in the middle.

Press an edge along the edge of the dough.

Use a brush to brush olive oil on a 6-inch pizza pan and spread the toppings. With this formula, I can make 3 6-inch pizzas. (6-inch pizza is 15.24 cm, suitable for one person to eat. 7-inch pizza-17.78 cm; 8-inch pizza-20.32 cm; 9-inch pizza-22.86 cm.)

Use a fork to make holes in the cake.

Put a bowl of boiling water on the bottom of the oven, put it on the pizza tray, close the oven door, let it stand for 10 minutes and take it out after fermentation.

Spread the homemade pizza sauce on the pizza base.

Cut the bacon into wide slices along the short side, cut the colored pepper into circles, wash and drain the quick-frozen corn kernels, and spread on the dough.

Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper mozzarella cheese.

Set the oven temperature to 220°C. After preheating for 10 minutes, put the pizza pan into the middle of the oven. (Each oven has a different temper. Please adjust the temperature and time according to the temper of your own oven.)

Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese turns light golden brown.
