Bacon Rice

【Palpa Rice with Bacon】Preparation: choy sum, dried bacon, rice, ginger.
Grind the ginger finely, finely chop the bacon, wash the choy sum and chop finely.
Wash the rice and cook it in a rice cooker

Heat a wok and add a little oil to fry the bacon and ginger.
Continue to sauté the coriander cores with base oil and season with salt.
When the rice cooker jumps to the holding position, add the fried choy sum and bacon, stir evenly and continue to simmer for about ten minutes.
Tips:
There must be less water for cooking rice. Because the fried greens will produce water.
When frying vegetables, be sure to heat up the oil so that the flavour is fragrant.
