Bacon Salad Bread

Put all the ingredients except butter in the bread machine and stir for 20 minutes.

Add the butter and stir for another 20 minutes, until it becomes a slightly transparent film-like dough

Put the dough into the container and cover it to ferment to 2.5 times its size.

Divide into 7 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes after rounding

Cut carrots into small cubes, onion into small cubes, and mix well with green beans. (The ingredients can be selected according to personal preference)

Cut the mozzarella into thin strips.

Roll out the loosened dough into an oval shape of about 20 cm.

Put it on a baking tray and brush with egg mixture, and put a piece of bacon.

Put on the diced vegetables

Finally squeeze the salad dressing.

Put it in a warm and humid place for the final fermentation
