Bacon Sausage Rice

Wash the rice and chop the vegetables after washing

The bacon and sausage were washed with hot water and cut into small pieces

After the non-stick pan is heated, put the bacon and fry until the oil comes out, then pour in the rice wine, wait for the wine to evaporate

Pour the vegetables into the stir-fry, add salt to taste and serve.

Put the bacon and sausage on the surface, cover with high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat

Tips:
1. Different types of rice have different swelling properties, and the amount of water depends on their own rice.
2. When frying the vegetables, try the taste first and then add salt to taste. The taste is a little saltier than usual to taste enough.
3. The bacon is the kind that I marinate myself and not super salty. If it is too salty, soak some of the salty taste in clear water and then cook it for better taste.
