Bacon Shiitake Mushroom Rape

Prepare the ingredients: rapeseed, fresh mushrooms, light soy sauce, bacon, green onion ginger, salt, and nine-three corn germ oil.

First, wash the mushrooms and rapeseed, cut the mushrooms into thick slices, slice the bacon, and chop the green onion and ginger for later use.

Blanch the cut shiitake mushrooms in boiling water for one minute and remove them to control the moisture.

Heat up a wok, add nine-three corn germ oil, and stir-fry the bacon slices under the oil heat.

When the edge of the bacon is smoked, add the green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add the rapeseed and stir fry

Once the rapeseed is sautéed, add the dried mushroom slices and continue to fry.

Add the right amount of salt

Add some light soy sauce

Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
Personally like to release light soy sauce, if you don't like it, don't release it.
