There were three slices of bacon left from the last time I made the hand cake. Today I took it out and made a bacon tofu roll with the old tofu. The tofu coated with Lee Kum Kee's noodle sauce is very tasty, simple and delicious! Bacon can dilate blood vessels, protect the nervous system, and promote gastrointestinal motility. You can eat more.

Ingredients

Bacon Tofu Roll

1. Bacon thawed, 1 piece of old tofu

2. Cut the old tofu into cubes about 2 cm thick. I bought too much tofu. I only used 3 small pieces. After boiling water in the pot, add appropriate amount of salt. Put the cubes of tofu in and boil for 2 minutes. Remove and drain the water.

3. Unfold the bacon, then put blanched tofu on one end

4. Put the right amount of noodle sauce on the old tofu

5. Use chopsticks to coat each side of the old tofu evenly with the noodle sauce. The side next to the bacon does not need to be coated

6. Roll up from one end, cut off the excess bacon, and fix the rolled bacon tofu roll with toothpicks

7. Put oil in the pan, put the bacon tofu rolls in and fry on low heat

8. Fry until both sides turn yellow

9. Finished picture

Tips:

You can add some green vegetables or kimchi between the bacon and tofu, according to personal taste.
