Bacon Wrapped Enoki Mushroom

There is an older part of the root of Flammulina velutipes, which should be cut off and then washed. The bacon is cut from the middle for use.

Roll the enoki mushrooms with bacon and fix them with toothpicks

Heat the oil in the pan, add the bacon and enoki mushroom rolls and fry until the surface is golden, pour in the oil and water starch to collect the juice out of the pan

Put some coriander and carrot shreds in the middle of the plate to garnish
Tips:
1. Bacon itself contains salt, so there is no need to put salt;
2. Put as little oil as possible, as the bacon will be oily after frying.
