I always like to eat bacon, fried and roasted, and never tire of eating. Today I made a bacon-wrapped enoki mushroom and it tastes really good. They are a perfect match together.

Ingredients

1. There is an older part of the root of Flammulina velutipes, which should be cut off and then washed. The bacon is cut from the middle for use.

2. Roll the enoki mushrooms with bacon and fix them with toothpicks

Tips:

1. Bacon itself contains salt, so there is no need to put salt;
2. Put as little oil as possible, as the bacon will be oily after frying.
