Bacon Zucchini

Wash the zucchini and cut into diamond-shaped slices. The tender zucchini does not need to be stuffed.

Cut the bacon into small rectangular pieces.

Heat the pot, add a little sunflower oil (light vegetable oil is better for this dish), and saute the scallions and ginger.
