It's the season when edamame is on the market. I think of the dashi edamame, a snack we often eat in the past. I went to Metro to buy the dashi on the weekend and remembered to make this dish. The method is very simple.

Bad Edamame Knot

1. Buy fresh edamame in the shell, wash and cut off both ends

2. Put cold water and salt in the pot, add the edamame knot, if you have some, you can also add two plums, then boil on high heat

3. Cook for about 20 minutes, turn off the heat

4. Let the edamame knot cool, add the drunk marinade, soak all the edamame in the brine

5. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and you can eat it. If you want to taste better, put it in a longer time.
