Baked Beans

Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, and then cut them into approximately the same size.

After the water is boiled, turn to medium heat, put the potato pieces, and cook for about 5 minutes. Insert the chopsticks into the potatoes. The inside is still hard.

Take the potatoes out, soak up the water with kitchen paper, put them in the bag, add the seasoning, and shake the bag so that the seasoning evenly covers the top of the potatoes. You can also put some cumin powder.

After mixing, layer the baking sheet with tin foil and place the potatoes on top. Preheat the oven in advance, 220 degrees for about 30 minutes, and the temperature and time can be adjusted according to the size of the oven and potato pieces. Bake until the corners of the potatoes are slightly burnt. It will be crispier when eaten warm.

A medium-sized potato is cut in half and then cut into 3 pieces. One potato gets 3 boat-shaped potato pieces.
