Baked Prawns with Mashed Potatoes and Cheese

Peel the potatoes and slice them, put them on a steamer in a pressure cooker, and steam for five minutes;

Put the steamed potatoes in a large bowl, add 1g salt, 10g cheese, 6g butter and fried onions;

Cut the back shell of the shrimp with scissors;

Place the shrimp flat on the chopping board, and cut the back shrimp meat with a flat knife, don't cut it;

Tips:
Children’s taste is sensitive, and most of them don’t like the spicy taste of black pepper, so it is not reflected in the recipe. If you like, you can add some when marinating shrimp and mashed potatoes;
The tomato sauce can be replaced with pizza sauce for better taste;
In the process of baking and coloring the upper layer, pay attention to it. The performance of the oven is different for each person. Take it out immediately after seeing the color.
In order to prevent obvious layering, you can mix some cheese in the mashed potatoes, so that the taste will be better.
