Baked Bun

Add some salt to the water, add noodles and make a very soft dough

Use a rolling pin to unroll the dough and sprinkle it slightly if it is sticky. Pour the burned oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions. (If you put less salt before, you can sprinkle it evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds is better!) Sprinkle some noodles, and you will have layers.

Roll up from the edge into a strip. Then roll it from one end, and press it to the center with your hand to the end of the roll. Open it again. Then put it in the pan, I used the electric cake stall
