Baked Cake

Soak the roasted bran, shiitake mushrooms, and fungus. Cut the soaked roasted bran into pieces and cook in water, then remove and drain the water.

Put an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and fry the bran until the surface is golden.

Put the fried bran into the pot, add shiitake mushrooms, fungus, bamboo shoots, peanuts and appropriate amount of soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, rock sugar, and water. Bring to a boil and turn to a low heat (the oily gluten will be added when the bran is cooked) .
