Baked Cold Noodles

Prepare all the ingredients, cold noodles can be sold in supermarkets. Finely chop coriander and green onion, minced garlic sauce, fermented bean curd juice (if there is no fermented bean curd juice, you can dilute fermented bean curd with water). Dilute white sugar and mature vinegar with appropriate amount of water.

Spread a little oil on the hot pan, place the whole piece of cold noodles, and beat the eggs.
