Baked cold noodles have become more and more prosperous in recent years, and there is a trend of sweeping across the country. I also like to eat it very much. Since I have this electric pan, it is really a good tool for making cold noodles. You need to use flaky cold noodles, this can't be done, only Taobao. Baked Cold Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients.

Tips:

1. Cold noodles are really easy to dry and crack easily, so keep the heat on medium and small all the way, and spray water frequently.
2. It doesn't matter if you can't roll it up, it tastes equally delicious.
3. Don't use too big eggs, mine is too big and it will flow out of the cold noodles.
