Baked Eggs
1.
Wash and cook the eggs.
2.
Peel the boiled eggs.
3.
Add water, braised gravy to the pot, a small handful of aniseed, pepper, and salt. (Taste the saltiness of the soup and add salt.) If the soup is not ruddy enough, add some soy sauce to blend it. Cook for half an hour and turn off the heat. The egg is soaked in the five-spice juice.
4.
Add a little oil to the baking pan, add the marinated eggs, and fry them until golden brown. Use a toothpick to poke a few holes in the egg to prevent the egg from exploding due to heat.
Tips:
The eggs are soaked in a basin when they are cooked, and they can be baked when they are eaten, which is very convenient. If you don't bake it, it's marinated eggs. Electric oven and electric baking pan are both possible.
