Baked Ham and Potatoes

The practice of potatoes: potatoes peeled and cut into pieces

Boil in water with a little salt, and drain the water for later use.

Add 200 grams of yogurt to French mustard and half well

Add the mixed yogurt to the potatoes, add salt and pepper, and mix well

Put the mixed potatoes in a baking pan that has been greased with oil in advance. Put it on the side and save the ham on the other half.

The practice of ham sausage: preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the ham sausage into about 1 cm thick slices, cut the onions and tomatoes into large chunks, and divide the mushrooms into quarters and set aside.

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a wok to heat up, put onions and fry for 1-2 minutes until the onions become transparent.

Add the ham and mushrooms and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms change color. Season with a little salt.

Add tomatoes, salt and cheese and stir well.

Pour into the baking dish. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until it is colored.
