Baked Leek Cake

Wash the leeks

Finely chop, add sesame oil, peanut oil (add more), and mix well. (Salt, it is recommended to put before pancakes to avoid water)

Flour and form dough for half an hour

Rubbing into long strips

Cut into small pieces

Roll out into a round pancake and spread the leek stuffing all over

Knock an egg on the leek stuffing and stir to disperse

Spread another dough of the same size on top, compact both sides to form a dough

Do not put oil in the pan, put the dough into the pan, and bake it until both sides are cooked through.
Tips:
You must put more peanut oil to make the pancakes fragrant.
