Baked Mashed Potatoes

Choose small potatoes and rinse them well

Put it in the microwave on high heat for 4 minutes until fully cooked

Remove the skin while it is hot and mash

Add butter, mash and stir

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly

Add mixed vegetables, you don’t need to defrost, and mix well
