Baked Mashed Potatoes

Prepare two potatoes. Peel them and wash them. Then use a knife to cut them into thin slices. After cutting, rinse them with clean water again to remove the starch that has overflowed on the surface.

After the potato chips are cleaned, they are steamed in a steamer, and the potato chips are steamed until they can be easily pierced through with chopsticks.

After the potato chips are steamed, put them in a bowl, mash them into mashed potatoes with a rolling pin, and then add flour, oil and salt.

Use a cutting knife to make two cuts on the mashed potatoes horizontally and vertically, and divide them into small rectangles of even size.

Sprinkle some seaweed evenly on the mashed potatoes.

Preheat the oven, heat the upper and lower middle levels, at 170°C, and bake for 20 minutes. Because the temperature of each oven is not the same here, you can adjust it according to the actual situation, don't bake it.

Tips:
If you like to eat soft and waxy, you can roll the mashed potatoes a little thicker, so that the taste of the baked mashed potatoes will become very soft and waxy.
