Material drawing.

Chobe salad dressing.
3.
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob, and place them on the cage to steam the dish thoroughly.
4.
Cut carrots into small pieces, put them in a bowl with the washed peas and corn, pour cooking oil and mix evenly, and steam them on the cage.
5.
Heat a pan, spread a little oil, put a whole piece of bacon and fry until fragrant.
6.
Cut the fried bacon with kitchen scissors and set aside.
7.
After the potato steamer is cooked, put it in a large bowl, add some salt and mix it evenly with a portable mixer. If there is no mixer, you can put it in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to make a puree.
8.
Put the steamed corn, peas, peppercorns and a spoonful of Kewpie salad dressing.
9.
Mix well and evenly.
10.
Divide into small baking bowls. Put my small pieces of broccoli on the mashed potatoes.
11.
Spread the chopped cheese evenly.
12.
Put it into the middle of the oven, melt at 190 degrees to the milk cool, and just roast the surface out of the oven.
Tips:
1. For potatoes, choose the kind of glutinous potatoes.
2. Steamed potatoes must be steamed thoroughly to be delicious. If you want to use the microwave quickly, I personally feel that the steamed potatoes are better.
3. Vegetables can be cooked by blanching. Of course, steaming is also more convenient. Steam potatoes anyway.
4. The steamed potatoes can be easily mashed into a very fine puree with a portable mixer. It doesn't matter if you don't have it, you can use a spoon or a rolling pin.
5. The salad dressing itself has salt, so salt should be added in an appropriate amount. In fact, I didn't add salt. I felt that the taste was quite good. My friend said that the taste is a bit weak. The amount of salt should be added according to your own taste.
6. The bacon is fried in advance, and the effect of baking alone is not as good as it is.
7. Special note about broccoli. I used raw broccoli and roasted it directly. You can blanch it and use it again without affecting the taste.
