Baked Mashed Potatoes

Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them, steam them in a pot, and press them into mashed potatoes. I cooked it for ten minutes at the beginning, but the result was not very cooked. I steamed it for another ten minutes. You can try it yourself and squeeze it easily. Put salt in the water while cooking, and the potatoes here are already smelling.

Cut the washed green peppers, red peppers, and carrots into small particles. I boiled it in boiling water for two minutes, then fry it in the pan and add a little salt.

Combine the pressed mashed potatoes and the fried ingredients

Put it in the baking tools, spread a layer of mozzarella, and you're ready to bake. The baking time is about fifteen minutes.
Tips:
The ingredients are added according to your liking, you can also add onions or other. I sprinkled some small chives on the surface, the cheese and green onions smell very good.
