Baked Mushrooms with Garlic

Press the garlic into puree, wash the mushrooms to remove the roots, and set aside other ingredients

Melt the butter in a pan, preheat the oven to 200 degrees
3.
Mushrooms are fried in oil on both sides for golden brown
4.
Add the chicken broth to a boil, add salt and freshly ground pepper
5.
When half of the soup is left, add garlic and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes
6.
Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy with toast
