Baked Pork Trotters with Peanuts

Wash the pig's feet first

Chop into even small pieces for later use

Add appropriate amount of water to a boil, pour in the chopped pork feet and blanch for 5 minutes

Wash the peanuts, drain and set aside

Rinse the blanched pig's feet with water and set aside

Heat up the frying pan

Add the peeled garlic and sauté, then add the star anise and sauté

Pour in the blanched pig feet and stir fry for a while

Add the right amount of salt and stir fry evenly

Add a teaspoon of mushroom extract (chicken powder is also fine), stir fry evenly

Pour in peanuts and stir fry for a while

Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat

Pour the fried pork knuckles into the pressure cooker and add 300ml of water
14.
Cover the pot and bake on medium heat for about 40 minutes to turn off the heat

The pig's trotters must be fried in a wok to remove the meaty smell
