Baked Portuguese Chicken Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients, remove the bones and skins of the chicken legs, then cut into small pieces, carrots and potatoes into small pieces, cheese slices into small strips, and onions into small pieces

2. Put the eggs in the pan after heating

3. Pour in white rice and stir well

4. After the rice is fried, serve it and set aside

5. Heat up the pan and add onions to sauté

6. Add potato diced and carrot diced

7. Add turmeric powder and cumin powder and stir well, preheat the oven (190-200 degrees)

8. Pour in coconut milk and a small amount of water, boil and simmer for eight minutes, the potatoes will become soft

9. Add chicken

10. Stir well and add salt to taste, the chicken does not need to be cooked, because it will be baked in the oven later

11. Put chicken, potatoes, carrots on the fried rice

12. Put the cheese evenly

13. Put it in the oven and bake for ten to fifteen minutes

14. You're done

Tips:

The rice I used is freshly cooked, so it can be fried directly with the egg; if you use isolation rice, you must first fry the rice and then add the egg.
