Baked Portuguese Chicken Rice

Prepare the ingredients, remove the bones and skins of the chicken legs, then cut into small pieces, carrots and potatoes into small pieces, cheese slices into small strips, and onions into small pieces

Tips:
The rice I used is freshly cooked, so it can be fried directly with the egg; if you use isolation rice, you must first fry the rice and then add the egg.
