Baked Potato Chips (microwave Version)
1.
Uh~ I forgot to take pictures... It’s okay, it’s not difficult! Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices (If you don’t have as good a knife skill as I do, you can just cut them to the same thickness. The point is to be even.)
2.
Amount ~ pretend to have pictures ~ After washing the potato chips starch in cold water, soak in another basin of clean water for 10 minutes. Dip it with a kitchen paper towel and put it in a basin for later use.
3.
Add a little salt, cumin, (you can also add chili noodles, barbecue powder, etc. according to your personal taste) two drops of corn oil (other salad oils are also acceptable), and brush evenly.
4.
Brush the bottom of the dish with a thin layer of oil to avoid getting it on the dish for a while. Put the potato slices in the microwave mode for 2-3 minutes (don't use the grill mode~ the length of time depends on the thickness of the potato slices), turn it over, and continue to microwave for about 2 minutes. (In this process, pay close attention to the color of the potato chips, and don’t leave it.)
5.
You're done, it's crunchy after it's cold ~ original flavor without additives, hurry up if you like it!
