Baked Potato with Black Truffle

First we review the materials. Preheat the oven to 450°F/220°C. (If you use a microwave oven, you don’t need to preheat)

Cut the bacon into small pieces.

Fry the bacon in a small pot to get the oil, take it out and put it on the kitchen paper to absorb the oil for later use. If the oil is not enough, you can add an appropriate amount of butter.

Send out a pair of chopsticks and place them on both sides of the potatoes.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices without cutting the bottom.

Brush each piece of potato with the oil from step 3.

Sprinkle with Shanghai salt and bake it in the oven for 50 minutes. (Friends of the microwave oven, prepare the microwave oven for 15 minutes at high temperature)

Sprinkle the chopped cheese on the potatoes and bake for 5-10 minutes until the surface of the cheese is slightly golden. (Microwave oven: place cheese at room temperature for 5 minutes, then bake at high temperature for 4-6 minutes)
9.
After taking it out, sprinkle the crispy bacon from step 3, and put sour cream/maynet and black truffle sauce on the surface.
