Baked Potatoes with Dofinet Cream

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices about 2mm. Use one for the large potato and two for the small potato.

Add salt and black pepper to the garlic to taste, add light cream and stir well

Butter the mold

Put a piece of potato on it, drizzle with some cream sauce, and repeat until it is full

Rub some Parmesan cheese, you can use mozzarella cheese, or you can omit it if you don’t have it

Put in the microwave

Tips:
1. Pay attention to the light wave mode, remember not to use the microwave, the cream will splash out
2. The traditional baked potato with Dofinet cream is not added with cheese, but the surface will feel burnt when used.
3. If you don’t like the thick garlic flavor, you can add less garlic, or don’t add it at all.
This recipe uses Midea's smart microwave oven, model M3-L253C, capacity 25L, and power 1000W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave oven.
