Baked Prawns with Cheese

Add cucumber to the plate. Cut one cucumber into a semicircle, and cut one semicircle into three slices. Do not cut the middle slice and roll up the PS as shown in the figure.
Tips:
In order to prevent the prawns from curling when they are mature, tap the back of the prawns lightly with the back of a knife to break the tendons.
