Baked Prawns with Garlic

Soak in clean water for a few minutes, and control the water

Shrimp back and remove the black line
3.
Stir-fry the minced garlic and chopped green onion oil for later use
4.
Season the shrimp with pepper, wine and salt for 5 minutes, add the fried garlic and cheese on the back of the shrimp
5.
Bake on both sides over medium heat for 15 minutes
6.
Sprinkle green onion
