Baked Prawns with Garlic Cheese
1.
I bought boxed prawns, they are quite big, each one is longer than my palm
2.
Cut off the shrimp gun, pick out the sandbag on the head, then cut off all the beards and legs, cut the back, and pick out the shrimp thread
3.
Cut along the back, pat it flat, and chop gently to prevent the shrimp from curling when grilling, but don't cut it off. Finally, use kitchen paper to absorb the excess water from the shrimp
4.
Shred mozzarella and set aside.
5.
Put a little oil in the pan, fry the pesto garlic, add some seafood soy sauce to enhance the flavor, or use light soy sauce
6.
Put the processed shrimp on the grilled net covered with tin foil, and spread the sauteed garlic on top
7.
Finally spread the mozzarella.
8.
Preheat the oven up and down at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, put it in the oven on the second layer, and bake for 10 minutes
9.
Baked shrimp, the creamy and delicious collision, the taste will not be bad
Tips:
For the 35-liter oven I use, the location and temperature of the oven can be adjusted appropriately according to my own oven.
