Baked Quail Egg Bacon Wraps
1.
5 bacon, 20 quail eggs (I used 19, just bought it, only 19 when I go home, haha), 10 grams of light soy sauce, 10 grams of oyster sauce, and a moderate amount of black pepper.
2.
Pour light soy sauce and oyster sauce into a small bowl, mix well and set aside. One piece of bacon is two, or one long piece is fine. Skewer in from one end of the bacon, then skewer a quail egg, wrap it with bacon, skewer the bacon, and then skewer a quail egg, as shown in the picture, a bunch of 4 quail eggs, 2 strips of bacon. After being skewered, put them on a steaming pan lined with tin foil.
3.
Brush the inside and outside with a layer of light soy oyster sauce.
4.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grind a little black pepper and wait for it to warm up.
5.
Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes!
6.
After roasting, take it out, be careful not to burn it, and eat it when it is slightly cold and fragrant!
