Baked Rice

Prepare all the ingredients and dice them for later use. Heat the oil, add onions and stir fry.

Stir fry until the marinated chicken breasts are cooked and fry until the chicken is half cooked.

Then pour the green pepper and stir fry.

Pour in potatoes and stir fry, soak potatoes in water to remove starch.

Pour in the carrots, stir fry, and fry until tender.

Pour in rice, add appropriate amount of pepper and light soy sauce to stir fry.

After the rice is fried, place it in a beautiful baking pan and compact it.

Sprinkle the cheese evenly on the rice, according to your own taste. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, and bake the middle and lower layers for 20 minutes.
