Baked Rice with Cheese and Shrimp

Green beans, carrots, and corn are set aside.

Boil in water.

Cool water for use

Control dry water for later use.

Wash crabmeat and asparagus, peel and set aside.

Cut the crab meat into the egg liquid.

Heat the pot on high heat, add oil, and pour in the egg mixture.

Turn over and continue to fry.

Add oil to the pot, change the heat to medium, add chopped green onion and sauté.

Add green beans, carrots and corn and stir fry

Stir-fry until the water evaporates and the surface is slightly dry.

Add cooked pork and stir fry.

Stir fry evenly.

Put it on the plate and set aside.

Add mozzarella cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. Not all glass containers can be put into the oven. It must be a glass container that is dedicated to the oven or can be put into the oven. I use LOCK&LOCK glass, which is made of heat-resistant glass. Can withstand high temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius.
2. If you can't buy mozzarella cheese, you can substitute other cheeses. The breakfast cheese slices sold in the supermarket are also okay, the taste is not the same.
