Baked Rice with Double Green Pepper and Bacon

Cut green pepper into small pieces, soak mixed vegetables in water to remove ice; add a little oil to the pot and stir-fry leftover rice with mixed vegetables, add tomato sauce, salt and chicken essence to taste

When frying the rice, preheat the oven at 200°C. Spread a layer of fried rice on the plate, then spread bacon and sprinkle green peppers into the oven and bake for 5 minutes
