Once I ate this staple food in a western restaurant with a colleague, we all tasted it well. The delicious things always wonder how they are made. Tomato meat sauce, rice, and mozzarella cheese are almost like this. I made it at home today, and it feels like the taste is pretty similar.

Ingredients

Baked Rice with Tomato Meat Sauce

1. Let’s make tomato meat sauce first

2. Roast the tomatoes on the fire a few times

3. This way the skin of the tomato will be peeled off easily

4. Dice the onion and tomatoes

5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan to heat up, pour into the onion and stir fry

6. Stir fry and pour into the minced meat and stir fry

7. After the minced meat is colored, pour it into the diced tomatoes and fry

8. After the tomatoes are fried out of juice, pour it into a bowl of water

9. After boiling, add salt and tomato sauce, close the lid and continue cooking

10. When half of the water is received, add the black pepper and basil leaves, stir-fry evenly, and you can get out of the pot.

11. Ready cooked rice and mozzarella cheese

12. Spread rice in a bowl

13. Spread a thick layer of tomato meat sauce

14. Sprinkle another layer of mozzarella cheese

15. Put it in the preheated oven, 170 degrees, about 10 minutes, the specific test is the cheese is melted

Tips:

1. Insert the tomatoes with chopsticks and turn them on the fire for a few times, so that the skin can be easily peeled off.
2. The tomatoes and onions I chose this time are relatively large, so I only used half of them. Try to choose the tomatoes that are ripe and juicy.
3. Tomato meat sauce can be made a little bit more, keep it for pizza or pasta, it will be delicious.
