Baked Shellfish Noodles with Seafood and Bacon

Head the prawns, peel off the gut, and marinate for 15 minutes with salt, cooking wine and starch.

Cut the mozzarella cheese into shreds.

Cut bacon into pieces.

Add salt and salad oil to the water and cook the shell noodles until there is no hard core.

Add butter to the pan

Add the shrimp and stir fry until cooked and served.

Stir-fry bacon and serve.

Saute the minced garlic with butter.

Add peas and corn and stir fry.

Add milk and cook until it is slightly sticky.

Pour in the cooked shell noodles and fried bacon, add a little salt.

Prepare the container. I don’t have a baking pan, I use a small square cake pan.
13.
Pour the fried noodles into the container.
14.
Fried shrimp on the yard.
15.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
16.
Bake the mozzarella in the oven at 200 degrees to melt.
