Baked Shrimp with Garlic and Cheese

After washing the shrimps, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp thread one by one.

Because the nine-section shrimp skin is very hard, use scissors to cut the back of the shrimp, then use a kitchen knife to make a good opening from the shrimp head to the tail, add salt, white pepper and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes
