Baked Spaghetti with Black Pepper, Potato and Cheese

The ingredients are prepared and weighed; the small potatoes are carefully cleaned on the skin, drained of water, placed in a special ceramic dish for the microwave, covered with plastic wrap, and heated for 7 to 8 minutes in the microwave.

Poke a hole with chopsticks to see if it is cooked thoroughly, otherwise continue to bite for a while; scrape off the skin of the cooked small potatoes.

Use the back of a spoon to press the mashed potatoes into mashed potatoes.

Add 1 gram of crushed black pepper, salt, and light soy sauce, stir well, cover and set aside.

If there is remaining mashed potatoes, put it in a pot, stir it with a silicone spatula while cooking, boil it into a potato soup, and finally mix it with milk. The potatoes have a taste. You can add salt as appropriate.
Tips:
1. Choose potatoes with a little bit of flour and size. Don't buy too many potatoes at a time. Choose potatoes with intact skins, no obvious damage, greening, moth-eaten or moldy conditions; the purchased potatoes can be stored in a cool and dark place, and can be used. Wrapped in black plastic bag, the content of solanine is much reduced.
2. The black pepper grains can be increased or decreased according to personal preference. If you like it hot, you can add more, and if you don't like it, you can put less, and the salt seasoning is the same.
3. If you have more mashed potatoes, you can use a food processor to beat them into a thick soup, which is more convenient.
