Baked Squid with Yellow Pepper Sauce

Catch the squid with starch and rinse.

Chop the ingredients and set aside.

Boil water in the pot, and scald the washed squid for 3 seconds, not more than 5 seconds, otherwise the squid meat will get old. (The squid is also blanched so as not to shrink during the baking process)
