Prepare ingredients

Food processing.

Grab the shredded pork with wet starch.

Fry the tofu in a warm pan with warm oil.

When the tofu is fried until the surface is slightly yellow, set aside, add the shredded pork and stir fry.

Add the washed white jade mushrooms and stir fry.

Pour some soy sauce.

Water starch thickens.

Tips:
Don't turn the tofu after putting it in, it won't break after the tofu is set.
