Baked Tomatoes with Ham and Cheese

Cut a small lid on the tomato and empty the heart with a spoon.

Close the lid and roast the hollow tomatoes at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Want to make tomatoes softer, this process can’t be saved

Marinate the ham in soy sauce and roast it to taste

Beat the eggs, add in the tomatoes and continue to beat
5.
Put the beaten egg into the roasted tomatoes

Add mozzarella and chopped green onion. Close the lid
7.
Spread the cured ham slices, cheese, and chopped green onion in turn
8.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for 15 minutes
9.
Place two slices of lettuce under the tomatoes on a plate. There is ham and cheese on the outside, accompanied by the fragrant cheese and tomato baked eggs on the inside. Kill two birds with one stone~~
