The small yellow croaker is fresh and tender. It is baked in a casserole with onions and ginger and garlic. It tastes very delicious. It is a good home cooking for the cold and refreshing stomach in autumn and winter.

Baked Yellow Croaker in Casserole

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Remove the scales, gills and internal organs of the small yellow croaker, and handle it cleanly.

3. Add cooking wine, oyster sauce, soybean paste, salt, sugar and ginger slices. Grab and marinate for ten minutes.
