Balsamic Cucumber

Main and auxiliary ingredients: 3 cucumbers. Seasoning: balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, salt, garlic.

Take the washed cucumber and squash it.

Cut into moderately sized segments. Set up a plate for later use.

Cut the garlic into cubes.

Sprinkle garlic diced on the cucumber. Sprinkle a little salt

Add the right amount of delicious soy sauce.

Add balsamic vinegar, you can slightly more. Add some coriander, mix well and serve.
Tips:
