Balsamic Squash

Main and auxiliary materials: horned melon, garlic

Peel the garlic and cut into cubes for later use

Wash the horned melon and remove both ends

Then use the wiper to wipe it into long filaments, and set aside

Mix the balsamic vinegar sauce: put the garlic diced into a bowl and add balsamic vinegar

Add salt, light soy sauce

Stir it evenly to melt the salt

Pour the mixed balsamic vinegar into the shredded melon

Tips:
1. Slightly more balsamic vinegar.
2. Be sure to choose fresh tender squash.
