Balsamic Wakame

Rinse the wakame with salt grains several times and soak in clean water for a few hours.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the soaked wakame and cook for five minutes.
3.
Remove the wakame and let it cool, squeeze to remove the water, and add the chili oil. Mix well.
4.
Add vinegar, salt, sugar and mix well.
