My family likes to eat seafood, especially sea vegetables like kelp and wakame. When you buy it, you usually buy it fresh or soaked, and the way to eat it is basically cold or stir-fried. When I got this dried wakame, I thought the stew was good, so I used it to stew the trotters. Although this soup has excellent efficacy, the method is relatively simple. The most important step is to remove the fishy trotter. In addition to adding some spices, the blanching step is very important. Put the trotter into a pot of cold water and boil it slowly. Boil most of the blood and fishy smell. After cooking, it must be rinsed with running water, so that the treated pig's feet will basically have no fishy smell.

Ingredients

Wakame Stewed Pork Trotters

1. Preparation materials: pig's trotter, dried wakame, ginger slices, green onions, pig trotter, wash and add ginger slices to a pot of cold water, then turn to low heat and cook until there is no blood seepage (add some peppers and cook at the same time, you can better remove the fishy )

2. The blanched pig's feet are rinsed with running water, and then put in the pot and add enough water to boil (the front must be blanched, so that there is basically no foam when the latter is cooked). After soaking the wakame in cold water Wash (Just soak a little, it will become very big after soaking.)

3. Add a little cooking wine, ginger slices and green onions to the pig's feet and simmer for about 1 hour until the pig's feet are soft and rotten
