Wakame Stewed Pork Trotters

Preparation materials: pig's trotter, dried wakame, ginger slices, green onions, pig trotter, wash and add ginger slices to a pot of cold water, then turn to low heat and cook until there is no blood seepage (add some peppers and cook at the same time, you can better remove the fishy )

The blanched pig's feet are rinsed with running water, and then put in the pot and add enough water to boil (the front must be blanched, so that there is basically no foam when the latter is cooked). After soaking the wakame in cold water Wash (Just soak a little, it will become very big after soaking.)

Add a little cooking wine, ginger slices and green onions to the pig's feet and simmer for about 1 hour until the pig's feet are soft and rotten

Cook until the soup is white and the pig's feet are soft and rotten, remove the sliced ginger and green onions, add the wakame, add some salt, and cook for about 15 minutes.
