Dressing Cucumber

Wash the salted wakame, soak in cold water for 15 minutes, drain the water, and cut into small pieces

Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices (you can leave the skin if you think the cucumber skin is safe enough)

Pour the cucumber and wakame into the cooking bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic mash, stir evenly, and put it into the cold vegetable plate.
